I have a strange disconnect from life forms other than the humans. And that disinterest always discouraged me from visiting a Zoo. I have no problem with animals as long as they mind their own business and we mind our own. The interaction is what makes it complex for me.
So in a Zoo the animal is still kept captive irrespective of what people want to say..
"No in the USA they give them a lot of space to move around and take care of them.."
In reality shows, put a few people in a room, and then the fun begins. Bitching, bullying and so on. Put a few girls together as roommates, and you will see favoritism, group politics, and what not.
Poor animals. They have restricted space and very few of their own species, limiting their choice of friends.
